Customer Service Engineer - Europe

Full Time Positions - Dresden, Germany and Villach, Austria

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for installation, start-up, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance service of company equipment at customer sites, mainly in Dresden (Germany) and Villach (Austria); but also in Europe and worldwide.

The position offers the opportunity to develop and use troubleshooting skills and experience on curative and preventive intervention.
The candidate needs to be hands-on, aggressively interested in learning new things and keen on communicating both with customers and internally.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • BS/AS degree in Electronics Engineering or Manufacturing Systems Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and electronics, mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to address on site customer problems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer relation and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Languages: English (Both written and spoken) and German
  • Ability to work in a team within a multi-cultural environment
  • Proficiency on MS office tools
  • Available to attend training in Germany (Dresden) and U.S.A.
  • Valid driving license class B (EU)

Material Handler – Intern/Temporary

Temporary Position - San Jose, CA

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary role will be organizing the stockroom.

  • Placing all JFIND Material into designated shelving locations in the warehouse
  • Stocking any items sitting on the warehouse floor
  • Consolidating materials on warehouse shelves to maximize space
  • Kitting production work orders.
  • Lift heavy items (10lbs - 50lbs) and operate a forklift
  • Maintain records on material flow

The candidate will help improve the flow of materials and parts in and out of the warehouse in order to meet scheduled commitments. Must be able to multitask and function as a quick thinker with quality results.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum education requirement: H.S. Diploma
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with assistance
