Toshihiro Hayami is Director & Manager-Corporate Technology at Sumitomo Precision Products Co., Ltd. and President & Representative Director at SPP Technologies Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Sumitomo Precision Products Co., Ltd.).

In 2006, with over 20 years of semiconductor industry experience, Hayami-san joined Sumitomo Precision Products Co., Ltd to lead the Engineering Department’s Micro Technology Division as General Manager. Before becoming a Director and President of the company in 2011 and 2012, respectively, he was also General Manager of several departments at SPP including: Micro Technology Business Division; Technology Department; Industrial Machinery Systems Business Division; and Micro Technology Technology Department.

Mr. Hayami received an undergraduate degree from School of Engineering, Kyushu University and a graduate degree from Faculty of Engineering, Kyushu University.

Vivek Rao is President & COO of SPT Microtechnologies USA, Inc.

With 26 years of semiconductor industry experience, Mr. Rao’s career spans from beginning his career as an applications engineer to rising to the role of the executive responsible for the business amidst multiple mergers and acquisitions of the business with different executive management groups.

Mr. Rao received an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering and holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Houston.
